Ordering Information
All orders placed with SSNA are subject to acceptance, to the availability of goods and to credit approval. We reserve the right to reduce any order so as to ensure fair distribution of limited supplies. Prices are subject to change and to correction without notice.
The US$ prices of stamps sold on behalf of most foreign postal administrations will be adjusted on date of shipment to US$ equivalent to foreign currency (Israel issues will be adjusted on the First Day of Issue to US$ equivalent to foreign currency). Stamps purchased on an individual order basis are typically priced at 40% or more above the equivalent face value in foreign currency. The prices charged to subscription or standing order customers for these stamps are prices as stated in the subscription plans and as amended from time to time.
Shipping and Promised Shipment Dates:
Our promised shipping date differs by product and offer. Therefore you must consult the shipment promise specified with each offer. For items in stock, we generally ship on the next business day. Please bear in mind that you need to allow adequate time for us to receive in Cheyenne any items which have just recently been issued or which will be issued in the future, and then to inspect and ship them to you. If no shipment promise is made, please allow 30 days for shipment.
Our Commitment to Customer Satisfaction:
* Receipt of your order will generally be acknowledged when you place it. You may cancel your order at any time prior to shipment.
* You may return any shipment within 10 days of receipt for exchange or a refund of the purchase price.
* If you should ever fail to receive a shipment, we will replace it as quickly as possible, provided replacements are available. We may also ask you to sign an itemized claim form for our insurance purposes.
If You Are a Dealer:
* Receipt of your order will generally be acknowledged when you place it.
* Place your orders with care! When ordering customized goods, goods made to order, and orders that require us to place special orders with our suppliers, those orders cannot be reduced or cancelled. In all other cases, daelers may cancel an order at any time prior to shipment.
* Should any item prove defective or damaged, dealers may return it within 10 days of receipt for exchange.
* You may be asked to sign a Dealer Agreement outlining the terms above and agreeing to same.
